Do we process sensitive personal information? We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information in order to register you or provide the Services. However, the Services include free-form fields (such as prospect notes and intake details) where the content you choose to enter about your own prospects and clients may include nonpublic personal information. You control, and are responsible for, the information you enter. See "Information you enter about third parties" below.

1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, express interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Contact or authentication data
Sensitive Information. We do not request or intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) in order to create your account or provide the Services.
Authentication Data. We offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. When you choose to do this, we receive certain profile information from Google, such as your name and email address, to create and authenticate your account.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Information you enter about third parties (your business contacts)
In Short: You may store information about your own prospects, clients, and referral partners. You control that information, and you are responsible for it.
The Services let you record and manage information about your own business contacts — for example prospect and client names, phone numbers, email addresses, business types, and free-form notes. When you enter this information, you act as the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf as a service provider in order to provide the Services to you, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store any third-party information you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, which for insurance professionals may include the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable state insurance privacy regulations.
Please do not enter highly sensitive information into free-form fields. The Services are not intended to be a system of record for sensitive personal information. You should not enter into notes or other free-text fields any individual's full Social Security or government identification number, full payment card or financial account number, login credentials, or health, medical, or other special-category information. If you choose to enter such information despite this notice, you do so at your own risk and remain solely responsible for it.

In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Our AI Service Provider does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.
Our AI Products are designed for functions including natural language processing, AI document generation, AI research, text analysis, and AI search. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.
6. How Do We Handle Your Logins?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in using your Google account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you, typically your name and email address. We recommend reviewing their privacy notice.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

As a general rule, we retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. These measures include: encryption of data in transit and at rest; logical access controls that isolate each account so that you can access only your own records; authentication managed through a dedicated third-party identity provider; server-side authorization checks on requests for data; and ongoing review of our security practices and of the third-party providers we rely on. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures. You should only access the Services within a secure environment and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at admin@producriq.com.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at admin@producriq.com.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
Some browsers and browser extensions also offer opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), that communicate a privacy choice on your behalf. Because we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such processing for these signals to stop. Where applicable law requires, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal as a valid request to opt out.
12. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information.
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to: know whether we are processing your personal data; access your personal data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a copy of your data; non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
The categories of personal information we have collected in the past twelve months include identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address), personal information under the California Customer Records statute (name and contact information), and internet activity (browsing and usage data). We do not sell or share your personal information (as those terms are defined under applicable law).
To exercise these rights, you can contact us by emailing admin@producriq.com or by visiting www.producriq.com/contact. Under certain US state laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will respond to a verifiable request within 45 days; if we need additional time, we will inform you of the extension and the reason for it, as permitted by applicable law.
Appeals: If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing admin@producriq.com.
13. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification.
